Ενημέρωση από το Εφετείο σχετικά με τους 5 συλληφθέντες φοιτητές.

Μετά την παρουσία τους στον εισαγγελέα και την εξέταση της προφυλάκισης τους ή μη, οι 5 συλληφθέντες φοιτητές αφέθηκαν ελεύθεροι, με περιοριστικούς όρους παρουσίας 3 φορές την εβδομάδα στο Α.Τ.  και απαγόρευσης εξόδου από τη χώρα μέχρι το συμβούλιο εφετών να αποφασίσει για την έκδοση τους ή μη στις ιταλικές αρχές κάτι που θα συμβεί εντός των επόμενων 10 με 20 ημερών.

Όπως αναφέρεται και στο προηγούμενο δελτίο τύπου:

Από το πρωί της 12ης Νοεμβρίου διαδραματίζεται ένα πρωτοφανές σήριαλ καταστολής για την πόλη μας αλλά και για τη χώρα. Τα ξημερώματα - ημέρα πανελλαδικής απεργίας – πραγματοποιήθηκαν αιφνίδιες εισβολές στα σπίτια 5 φοιτητών και εργαζομένων, κατοίκων της Αγίας Παρασκευής οι οποίοι συλλαμβάνονται κατόπιν εντάλματος από τις ιταλικές αρχές. Με αφορμή την προσαγωγή τους σε καφετέρια στο Μιλάνο στις 2/5, μια μέρα μετά την απεργία της πρωτομαγιάς, οι ιταλικές αρχές ζητούνε την έκδοση τους.

Αυτή η διαδικασία δίωξης σε βάρος φοιτητών από άλλο κράτος της ΕΕ με ευρωπαϊκό ένταλμα σύλληψης, με αφορμή τη συμμετοχή σε πρωτομαγιάτικη απεργιακή διαδήλωση, είναι πραγματικά πρωτοφανής. H αποτροπή αυτής της ακραίας κατασταλτικής μεθόδευσης αφορά κάθε άνθρωπο και την υπεράσπιση του δικαιώματος του να συμμετέχει σε συλλογικές κινητοποιήσεις και διαδηλώσεις.

Σήμερα Παρασκευή 13/11 εξω από το Εφετείο Αθηνών εκατοντάδες κόσμου μαζεύτηκε για να απαιτήσει, την μη προφυλάκιση τους, την μη έκδοση των 5 φοιτητών και την άμεση παύση κάθε δίωξης.

 
Η μη προφυλάκιση τους ήταν μια πρώτη νίκη αλλά ο αγώνας όμως μέχρι την τελική αθώωση των συναγωνιστών μας συνεχίζεται αμείωτος. 

Παλεύουμε για την μη εκδοσή τους στις ιταλικές αρχές, κάτι που θα αποφασιστεί από το συμβούλιο εφετών εντός των επόμενων 10-20 ημερών.

Information from the Court of Appeal about the 5 arrested students. 

After the attendance of the prosecutor and the examination of their potential custody, the 5 arrested students were released, under restrictive conditions. This includes their presence 3 days per week in a police department and the prohibition of exiting the country until the court of appeal decides whether they will be send or not to the Italian authorities. This decision will be determined within the next 10 to 20 days.

As mentioned in a previous press release:

Since the morning of 12^th November a serial of repression, that our country has never seen before, is taking place. In the early hours of the morning, on a day of a country-wide strike, Greek police forces invaded the houses of five university students. The citizens, all living in Agia Paraskevi, a suburb of Athens, were arrested under the issue of a warrant by the Italian authorities demanding their extradition. The event is unbelievable taking under consideration the only prior event was their random adduction at a cafeteria in Milan in 2/5, a day after the first May strike! 

This prosecution procedure on university students from another EU country, using a European arrest warrant, in the causation of their participation to the 1^st May strike protest, is an unprecedented event. The prevention of this extreme repressive method concerns the defense of every human's right to participate in political gatherings.

Today, on Friday 13/11 outside the Athens Court of Appeal building hundreds of people gathered in order to demand the non-custody and non-transfer of the 5 students as well as the immediate stop of every prosecution against them.

The non-custody of the 5 students was a first win but the struggle until the final acquittal of our comrades continues.

We fight for the non-transfer of the 5 student in the Italian authorities, which it will be determined by the Court of Appeal within the next 10 to 20 days.
